The JHRS HR Certification Program
The JHRS Academy aspires to define, articulate, and set standards of excellence for the Human Resources profession in Japan. The skill sets and competencies necessary for meeting these standards will encompass both Japan-specific and global “best practices” in the field of HR, and will be taught within the Academy.
Certification will be given as recognition for HR professionals who pass
The Academy’s credentialing examination. Three levels of
accreditation of HR mastery are currently under consideration:
- Associate Japan HR Professional (Level 1)
- Japan HR Professional (Level 2)
- Senior Japan HR Professional (Level 3)
At this stage, we are in the process of developing the standards for the HR certification system as well as the curricula needed to earn and maintain such HR certification.
