In the last couple of years, there has been a silent revolution in the field of Human Resources Management (HRM) all over the world. Leaders of that revolution are visionaries---people who believe it possible to effect a positive change in the workplace---through a positive change in mindset.

JHRS members are among those visionaries. Through professional sharing of HR knowledge and experience, you help to unravel the complex nature of relationships in the workplace and make it a better place for human potential to grow. You help to develop everyday work habits and practices into a way of living (or rather, a way of working). In launching the JHRS Academy and a Japan-focused HR certification program, you reach yet another milestone in furthering your goals, calling attention to how cultural intricacies play a critical role in the multicultural working environment.
