The CEO-HR Forum

A JHRS advocacy program which aims to give an opportunity for CEOs, business leaders, and HR professionals to come together and discuss, share, and collaborate with each other to help transform HR's function into a more strategic business partner role.

Simply put, this Forum serves as a sounding board for HR professionals to keep themselves atuned to the needs of the business and help their respective organizations achieve business success through the application of HR-related interventions.

A JHRS advocacy to: 1) to raise awareness of the contribution of women HR practitioners in organizations in Japan and of their unique opportunity to champion change; 2) create professional development opportunities that support the advancement of women HR practitioners; and, 3) engage in research and community activities that foster a workplace in which women and can fully express their talents and career aspirations.
