Suzanne Price, Principal, Price Global

Suzanne is a Diversity consultant and facilitator serving cross-industry multinational organizations in Asia and USA. In 2003, Suzanne founded Price Global, as a change agent specializing in Diversity and Inclusion based in NY and Tokyo providing experiential training programs and coaching for diverse groups such as Female Leadership Programs, Interactive Drama-Based Diversity Programs, and Experiential Diversity and Inclusion Skills Workshops for Managers.

She also served as Diversity Manager for global investment bank - part time and with a very flexible working arrangement from 2005 – 2010.

Suzanne transitioned from Psychotherapy practice into organizational development and adapted her application of Gestalt Psychology into coaching, group facilitation and training. As a consultant, Suzanne’s methodology is highly experiential and is based on a solid, practical background in applied psychology and how change happens.

Eric Kung

Eric Kung, Chairman & CEO, Human Dynamic

Eric Kung is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of people management consultancy and executive coaching for over 20 years with experience in both MNCs and government organizations.

Human Dynamic was founded in 1993 in Hong Kong, and under Eric’s leadership, has grown to be the leading Integrated People Management Solution (IPMS) provider. With 19 direct offices internationally serving over 95 global companies, Human Dynamic’s IPMS program specializes in people management consulting, learning and development, executive coaching, change management, outplacement consulting service, Work Life Coaching (EAP), and wellness consulting services.

Eric has vast hands-on experience in providing IPMS consultancy to multinational corporations. He has supported top level executives and HR personnel in leading organizational change, handling staff communication in change, and crisis management. Eric has also conducted leadership trainings to middle and senior executives. Customers he has worked with include: Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, ExxonMobil, BP Asia, Shell, DuPont, Dow Chemical, P&G, Nike, MAST, and Li-ning, among many other global companies. Eric travels widely throughout Asia Pacific and Europe as a key consultant and speaker in conferences and seminars.

Prior to founding Human Dynamic, Eric worked for Price Waterhouse Associates (HK). He graduated from McMaster University, Canada, with a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Commerce, and obtained his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Hong Kong.

Kevin Menon

Kevin Menon, Chief Practice Officer, Human Dynamic

Kevin Menon is the Chief Practice Officer for Human Dynamic Asia Pacific Group, heading the Practice Department for Human Dynamic that governs delivery of its Integrated People Management Solutions (IPMS) for its customers across the Asia Pacific. Apart from his role as department leader, he is also a principal consultant and works directly with clients on consulting, coaching and training projects and the application of world-class content and processes from Human Dynamic to increase personal and organizational effectiveness.

Kevin has been called upon to provide psychological aid, training and crises consulting to companies and people across the region affected by the traumas like natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunami etc); murders; violent attacks; suicides; sexual assaults; robberies; gas explosions; industrial accidents; national tragedies; terrorist attacks (bombings, siege attacks etc); hijacking etc.

Kevin is a registered Clinical Psychologist and has worked in a variety of settings across the region. As the Chief Practice Officer, Kevin drives and supervises the practice and delivery standards of Human Dynamic’s Practice Directors and consultants across the company. He is also a registered Trainer with MCYS, an MOE registered lecturer and has experience teaching psychology at a tertiary level, and has been involved as an Academic Advisor for Psychology and Counseling Courses.

Kevin has extensive regional training and consulting experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Philippines and Australia working with clients from a wide range of industries such as finance, retail, chemical, manufacturing, petroleum and gas, and IT. Kevin holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hon) Degree from Western Australia. Professionally, he is a Registered Psychologist (Singapore), a member of the Singapore Psychological Society and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Kevin is also a corporate member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC).

Julina Halim

Julina Halim, Director - Global Relationship Management/
Senior Consultant - Wellness Consulting Service, Human Dynamic

Julina holds an M.Sc in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, UK and a B.Sc in Public Health from Fu Jen Catholic University, Taipei, Taiwan.

Julina’s career started as a Community Health Education Nutritionist in Ministry of Health of Singapore and most of her later work lies in training & consulting across industries such as health, spa & hospitality, manufacturing, oil & gas etc. across ASEAN countries. While running her own practice, Julina actively worked with corporations on adult health/workplace health programs, such Healthier Workplace Canteen Certification Program, under Health Promotion Board Singapore. Companies Julina has worked under workplace health companies include Shell Chemicals, Raffles Hotel, MediaCorp Singapore, Mt Elizabeth Hospital and many more. She is a certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant by the American Fitness Professionals & Associates and is an active dance fitness instructor and a regular contributor to local health magazines & publications.

A Wellness Coach trained under Wellcoaches® Corporation, an institute recognized by the American College of Sport Medicine and the International Coach Federation, Julina has a keen interesting in working with individuals, in particular, obese patients on making long-term behavior changes and establishing new lifestyle habits in the areas of nutrition, healthy eating, exercise/physical fitness and other behavioral changes.

He offers consulting, lecture, and training by leveraging a range of global experience and experience at Procter & Gamble where he worked for around 18 years across multi-functions (R&D, HR), categories (Beauty Care, Fabric Care, Baby Care), and countries (Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, US, Belgium). He is also known as one of the first father-employees in Japan who took child care leave during his career at P&G, and shares the experiences and principles behind that decision for better work life balance and career management. Dr. Linda Semlitz, Clinical Director, TELL Community Counseling Service

Dr. Semlitz is an American trained Psychiatrist with board certification in both Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as well as General Psychiatry.  She completed her undergraduate education at Brown University in 1975 and received her medical degree from Brown University in 1978.  Dr. Semlitz completed her Psychiatry training at the Cornell University, New York Hospital Westchester division and her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry training at New York State Psychiatric Institute of Columbia University.  Dr. Semlitz has practiced psychiatry for over 25 years in both the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore and has had academic appointments at Columbia University, Oregon Health Sciences University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and National University of Hong Kong.  More recently she was the Medical Director of Merck, Sharpe and Dohme in Hong Kong and Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs at Banyu, a division of Merck in Japan. She has particular interest in multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment ADHD, anxiety and depression, cross cultural mental health, and community mental health.

Prof. Shinya Yamamoto, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers HRS Co. Ltd. and Professor, Graduate School of Business Science, University of Tsukuba

Mr. Yamamoto is a Partner in charge of PwC Human Resources Services practice in Japan. He has more than 18 years of experience in HR management consulting, servicing to both Japanese and foreign-affilated companies in Japan and overseas subsidiaries of Japanese companies. His recent professional activities include HR strategy development, performance management design, HR effectiveness consulting, HR development (management training), along with numerous experience in HR transaction services such as HR due diligence, integration and redesigning of HR systems, down sizing, HR administration and communications. Bilingual in Japanese and English, Mr. Yamamoto is a frequent speaker at HRM conferences and seminars in Japan, and an author of several HRM books in Japanese.  He holds BS Engineering from Keio University in Tokyo and MBA from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Anne Good, President, Eureka!

Anne is an HR professional with in depth knowledge and experience in both business strategies and training practices. She operates her own coaching and personal development business in Japan called Eureka! She moved to Japan in 2003 and has worked with a variety of businesses ranging from large multinationals to smaller entrepreneurial enterprises with a particular focus on foreign companies investing in Japan.

In the UK, Anne worked with Spring Group plc, a UK based consultancy, recruitment and training company, where she further developed business-planning skills including strategic direction, competitor analysis and financial planning & analysis. She gained additional experience in managing start up projects including Education Learning Centres.

Anne has an MA in Educational Management, Certificate in Post Compulsory Education and Training, University of Hertfordshire, England and is a Certified Myers Briggs Professional and Certified Keirsey Temperament Sorter II Professional.
