As part of our mission to help advance the practice of the HR profession in Japan, The Japan HR Society (JHRS) is proud to announce the formation of The JHRS Academy beginning September 01, 2009!

We invite you to read the information presented in the different sections of this site to learn more about the Academy, its mission, functions, partnerships, and available HR courses to you now.

The JHRS Academy is still very much a work-in-progress and as such, we would highly appreciate any comments or suggestions you may have in order to build an Academy that caters to your professional and developmental needs as an HR professional. Begin by participating in the on-going The JHRS Academy Survey and take an active role in re-shaping the practice of the HR profession in Japan.

As we go along, we will be updating this website regularly to add more information and resources and will keep you informed with any developments about the Academy. So do visit this section often!
