Hideki Thurgood Kano is a partner of Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, which is one of the largest and most diversified full-service law firms in Japan. Atty. Toby Mallen is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley and University of Southern California Law School. Atty. Grant B. Stillman has been the legal adviser at the Asian Development Bank Institute since its establishment in 1997. He is adjunct professor of Public International and Trade Law at Temple University Japan and has worked in the United Nations System and Organisation for Economic Co operation and Development in Paris. Dr. Stillman studied at Georgetown University Law Center and the London School of Economics and is admitted to the bar in Australia and New York State.
