    With feedback from almost 400,000 employees at nearly 5,000 organizations, this study examines what types of recognition employees value the most and their perception of its frequency (was it too much or not enough?). The survey examined 11 different types of recognition segmented by eight different demographics, including generation, position level, gender, and race.

    In Japan , individuals would be permitted to defer receipt of public pension benefits until age 75 under a pending reform measure. Currently, the normal retirement age is age 65. Individuals can voluntarily defer the receipt of public pension benefits until age 70.

    More than 10 percent of full-time employees have a diagnosed hearing problem and another 30 percent suspect they have a problem but have not sought treatment, according to EPIC’s Listen Hear! survey. Of those with suspected hearing loss, nearly all report that this hearing loss impacts them on the job, with complaints ranging from misunderstanding what is being said and feeling stressed to pretending to hear when they cannot and having trouble hearing over the phone.
