The organizers reserved 20 places for JHRS members at a reduced attendance rate.

As previously reported, JHRS recently forged a partnership with the global organization Future Talent Council, kicking off a collaboration for the upcoming Future Talent Council Summit to be held this June 18 and 19 at the Tate Modern in London.

JHRS Chief Community Officer Yoshiharu Matsui will be a panelist at this global gathering of CHROs, senior academics and legislators.

Designed to be the decision-maker’s guide to the most impactful technologies of tomorrow, the Future Talent Summit will tackle “the most pressing policy issues on the horizon and the future frameworks of successful employers, educational providers and societies alike.”

This will be done by offering a platform to feature top-level strategic insights from world-leading experts combined with peer-to-peer learning and development. Specifically, acclaimed panelists will be presiding over strategic sessions to put technologies, theories and data sets to work while also encouraging the input of Summit attendees.

The conference is aimed at CHROs and senior HR professionals. It is restricted to a maximum of 300 guests, and all attendees need to be approved by the Future Talent Council.

One of the much-awaited sessions is entitled “2030 CHRO Timebomb: Evolution – And Revolution – Of Role And Responsibilities.” Due to today’s dramatically transforming talent landscape, the strategic CHRO function is undergoing a “digitally impacted metamorphosis.” As such, the session will cover a career strategy teardown to define what makes an effective CHRO in 2019 as well as in 2030. Attendees will also learn to pinpoint the key skills and responsibilities CHROs must invest in now to build a future-ready career.

Also to expect are general industry sessions such as “Gig Economy: On vs Off Balance Sheet Talent Strategies.” There are also more thematic ones such as “Can We Lean on Lawmakers: Talent Policies for the Future” and “Tomorrow University.”

As part of the partnership, 20 places for JHRS have been reserved at the Future Talent Council Summit. The Summit price is $3900, but for these 20 partner places the Future Talent Council are offering a 33% discount to $2600. Please apply early to secure one of these JHRS discounted places.
