Continuing HR Education Courses (ala Carte)

As part of its mandate, The JHRS Academy provides continuing education programs or courses in both generalist and specialist HR tracks, with an emphasis on best practices and strengthening the HR body of knowledge, skills, and competencies to be at par with “global HR standards.”

In doing this, The Academy offers several types of courses: JHRS HR Seminars/Workshops (developed internally by JHRS' Faculty Members), TUJ HR Courses (as publicly offered by TUJ's Continuing Education Program), and SHRM Learning Systems which offers both HR Seminars/Courses and HR Certification Preparatory Courses.

Most of these HR courses/seminars are eligible for re-certification credits to maintain one's HR certification (e.g., HRMP, HRBP, or GPHR) through JHRS' partnership with the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Read more information about Japan-focused HR certification here.
