Temple University Japan Campus (TUJ) Continuing Education will start offering professional development and training courses in Osaka Center from October 1, 2011.

Below are few details about the program:

Quality Education and Practical Skills
Instructors hold licenses and professional degrees in their fields providing students with practical skills and knowledge that can immediately be put to use at the workplace.

Documented Knowledge and Training
Student Assessment Reports and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are given to those who successfully complete course requirements at the end of the term. CEUs may also be applied towards earning certificates in: International Business Communication, Management Fundamentals, Executive Office Administration and International Business Management.

Unique Learning Environment
The common language at TUJ is English providing students with the motivation to always speak in English to their instructors, classmates and TUJ staff. Course instruction is in English and students come from different cultural backgrounds creating a natural international setting that fosters a diverse exchange of ideas and perspectives.  Organizations and companies whose employees are in these types of learning environment often see a big difference in improved work performance and motivation in their employees, which in turn translate into more positive business results.

Course Schedules Designed for Working Professionals
Courses are offered on weeknights and weekends to accommodate the modern day working professionals' schedules. An online course on International Business Management is also offered for the busy executive, allowing interaction with Tokyo- based students and an instructor teaching from Canada. In case of relocation from the Kansai region to the Kanto area (or vice- versa), students earning certificates also have the added benefit of transferring CEUs earned in either campus so they can complete their certificates and continue their studies.

Free Placement Test
There is a free English Placement test for non-native speakers who are not sure about their English levels. Beginner to upper- intermediate levels are offered to accommodate students' needs and to help them feel comfortable communicating in English in the soonest possible time.

TUJ's Continuing Education is committed to providing high quality education and professional development training to those who need to meet the global challenges in today's business world. There is no doubt that working professionals equipped with advanced levels of English communication and business knowledge become more productive and effective in supporting their companies' global vision- valuable assets to any organization.
