more than 18 years of professional experience covering the entire HR value chain
from recruit, retain, and release. He also has solid experience as a trainer, HR
consultant, and executive search consultant as well as other HR areas like
performance management, compensation & benefits design, organizational
design and development, change management, coaching, and career
counseling.
He holds a MBA in International HR Management from the
University of Hawaii at Manoa and Japan-America Institute of Management Science
(JAIMS) and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of the
