『Do your Future Leaders have the wisdom and courage to survive and thrive in a fast changing world?』 ~Emmanuel Mankura a Maasai Elder and Leader ~
If you are looking for a totally new and different way to look at your business and develop your leaders of the future - please join us to welcome Emmanuel to Tokyo
Emmanuel will share the leadership philosophy of the Maasai in Kenya and talk about how he is using that to guide his community through times of rapid change and increasing competitive threat. His experiences closely match those being faced in modern businesses throughout the world today.
We have organized this seminar because, through dialogue with him, we want to obtain a deeper understanding of his wisdom and experience and most importantly, how it can be applied.
Anthony Willoughby, the founder of IWNC, and someone with a great deal of knowledge about the Maasai will be introducing Emmanuel. Please join us!
【Emmanuel Mankura】
Emmanuel was born in a small village in Kenya and raised in the traditions and values of the Maasai Tribe, accepting his first leadership challenge before the age of 14.
As the leader of his community, he has been challenging Maasai taboos whilst strengthening the understanding of true Maasai culture.
He has also been traveling to the UK and Germany to tell his amazing and inspiring story to diverse and inquisitive audiences.
He has run workshops and has made presentations at the Institute of Directors in London, The Leadership Trust in Wales as well as to several groups at Bristol and Lancaster business schools he was also the key note speaker at the senior partners conference for a global IT Consultancy in Berlin.
