Overview

In an era when every business is becoming a digital business, organisations must reassess how their greatest asset – their employees – work and collaborate. From transforming engagement to inspiring innovation and extending it across the enterprise, a unique opportunity exists for organisations to satisfy a digitally savvy workforce and, in the process, accelerate productivity and agility.

Today, HR’s focus has shifted toward building the organisations of the future. Companies are hiring young, digitally savvy workers who are comfortable doing things themselves and sharing information in a transparent way. They want an integrated, digital experience at work—one designed around teams, productivity, and empowerment—and HR is expected to deliver it.

We live in a digital first world and the impact of that is being felt by organisations in Southeast Asia. HR professionals and business leaders are trying to make meaning of the ever-accelerating digital challenges and manifestations.

The results from Southeast Asia show that even though 87% of the respondents feel that digital and transformational leadership is important, only 5% have a strong digital leadership development program. 12% of the respondents indicate that they did not have any significant program in place.

“This is according to Deloitte’s annual Human Capital Trends report, titled “Rewriting the rules of the digital age”.

The event will focus on five key phases, “Thought Leadership and Planning”, “Digital Business and Workforce Transformation”, “Bringing Culture Boarding to a New level” Employee Experience and New Way Of Working”, “Recruitment and Workforce Analytics” each of which will provide the context to explore and discover significant topics that will equip you with the insight, motivation and skills your need to be ready to recruit and retain the next generation of employees and customers.
