“Engagement and Leadership: How to develop leaders who can maximize employee engagement and performance”

There are 3 types of employees – actively engaged, passively engaged, actively disengaged. Employees who are engaged in their work and committed to their organizations give companies crucial competitive advantages. Studies of Gallup, a global research and consulting organization, conclude that employee engagement is clearly correlated the organization bottom line, such as sales growth, productivity and customer loyalty.

This seminar will discuss what influences employee engagement and how to positively increase their engagement through effective talent management and leadership development - from industrial psychologist perspective and also from business executive perspective.
