40% of workers see summer bonus grow

A private-sector survey of workers showed that 39.6 percent of respondents saw their summer bonuses this year increase from the previous year's levels. The result of the survey, unveiled Wednesday, apparently reflects somewhat a recovery in corporate earnings thanks to the effects of Abenomics, the economic policy of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
