Middle-aged national govt employees to see pay cut

The central government will rein in the salaries of middle-aged and senior national government employees, aiming to show its efforts on administrative reform by bringing their salaries more in line with the private sector as many firms have started to limit their number of middle-aged workers in anticipation of an increase in the retirement age.
