Nomura’s young employees to get 2% pay increase

Nomura Securities Co. announced it will raise the salaries of about 4,000 mainly young employees by an average of 2 percent next April. Monthly pay will be increased by ¥10,000 for entry-level employees with university degrees and by ¥5,000 for those in the next job grade, the company said Friday.
