Back Office Recruitment on the Rise - Robert Walters

Tokyo - (JCN Newswire) - Back office recruitment grew from the third quarter onwards according to a Japan Job Index poll released by Robert Walters PLC (LSE: RWA), Japan's leading international recruitment consultancy. Functions within human resources (111%), marketing (99%) and supply chain management (105%) all experienced significant job advertising increases in October over Q3 averages. Though the traditional hiring season did play a role in this growth, globalisation strategies and an increase in merger & acquisition activities through the second half of 2011 were also influential.
