The former Cabinet minister made the comment in a recent interview after a welfare ministry survey revealed in late March that 721 retired bureaucrats had received jobs at the "kosei nenkin kikin" funds as of March 1. The former civil servants accounted for about 10 percent of all staff at the funds.
