    TOKYO - SMBC Nikko Securities Inc said Tuesday it will dispatch around 360 new employees to Miyagi Prefecture, which has been severely damaged by the March disaster, in July as volunteers to work at removing debris.

    TOKYO - The government said Tuesday nonregular employees accounted for 30.4% of young workers aged 15 to 24 in 2010, up 0.4 percentage point from the previous year, amid a prolonged economic slump.
