Culture isn't created by tangible, surface-level perks and policies, like dress code or a the presence of a ping-pong table. Instead, culture is the collective values, norms and beliefs of your organization. And for culture to be intentional, it needs to be threaded through everything you do — every policy, procedure, system, benefit, perk, even your office set-up.
