It goes on to say that such goal alignment can increase metrics such as customer satisfaction (by 10%), innovation (by 15%), and employee perception of organizational speed (by upwards of 35%).

While these results are surprising, they’re the logical outcome of a sensible process of making all of your people aware of the ways their work matters to your organization.
