Writing a job description doesn’t have to be difficult, but it should take careful thought. You need to get beyond the vague concept of “someone who’s going to kill it,” and think about what that someone’s skill set actually looks like. How much experience do they have? What duties will they take on? What kind of person are you looking for? What kind of team will they be joining?
